Introduce Yourself! (ETFdb Now Has Dead Simple, Fast Commenting)

by on November 30, 2010

During the past two years of operating, we’ve tried various commenting solutions on our news stories to allow our readers to chime in. To be frank: they all stank. To date, commenting on our Web site was a clunky and underwhelming experience.

Today, I am happy to announce we have integrated a new discussion platform on Disqus. What makes Disqus so much better than our past commenting solutions? In a nutshell, commenting will now be much faster and easier. You don’t need to create a login at to comment on our news stories. You can simply use any major social site login you already have (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, OpenID, Yahoo!) to comment or simply comment as a guest without logging in at all.

We’ve come to know many of our regular readers through e-mail, phone contact, etc., but we’d love to get to know many more of you, as well.

If you’re a regular reader here at, please, comment on this post and introduce yourself — who are you, what do you do, what would you like to see more of on ETFdb, etc. I’ll go first… see you in the comments!
