When you throw in all the S&P 500, Russell 1000, and Russell 3000 ETFs and index mutual funds (as well as all of their value spinoffs), the number is quite a bit higher. But you're right that the initial price spike in BRK-B was perhaps a bit overkill - shares retreated quite a bit as the premium deflated.
