May Edge, New Model Portfolio Now Available

by on May 12, 2011

The May edition of ETF Edge, the all-ETF newsletter available exclusively to ETFdb Pro members, is now available. This month’s edition includes a run-down of all the products to debut over the last several weeks, complete with a deep dive into the investment thesis behind each and a detailed discussion of suitability. Also included is a complete performance database of YTD information for more than 1,200 U.S.-listed ETFs, allowing investors to see how various funds have compared to peers in a similar ETFdb Category.

Also new to ETFdb Pro is the latest model ETFdb Portfolio. The High Tax Bracket ETFdb Portfolio lays out a strategy appropriate for those who have the good fortune of finding themselves in one of the higher tax brackets, and wish to manage liabilities to Uncle Sam through specific tilts withing their portfolio. Like all ETFdb Portfolios, a detailed discussion of risk, correlation, and relative performance is included.

There are now 17 ETFdb Model Portfolios, including those constructed for investors with a long-term focus and more thematic strategies designed with a wide variety of investment theses in mind.
