October was one of the best month’s that equities have seen in many years, as the S&P 500 tacked on nearly 10.8%. But while global markets were active, the ETF industry stayed busy for yet another month, bringing a wealth of new products for investors to choose from.
In total, 28 new funds hit the market, bringing us to a grand total of 275 on the year. At the current pace, we will certainly shatter the 300 mark by the time 2011 draws to a close.
