WisdomTree International Real Estate Index
Index Description
The WisdomTree International Real Estate Index is a fundamentally weighted index that measures the performance of companies in developed markets outside of the U.S. and Canada that pay regular cash dividends and that WisdomTree Investments classifies as being part of the "International Real Estate" sector. Companies are weighted in the Index based on regular cash dividends paid. The Index includes the following types of companies: real estate operating companies; real estate development companies; and diversified REITs.
