Volatility returned on Wall Street this week, as lingering worries of Fed tapering dominated the market. Standard & Poor’s Rating Services announced its revision for the U.S., raising its outlook for the nation’s credit from negative to stable, leading many to once again speculate when the central bank might scale back its bond-buying program.
