At the Exchange conference from earlier this year, financial advisor Jonathan Wright shared his insights. “We’re excited about growing, protecting, and saving people’s wealth.” Exchange 2025 is closer than it appears. The conference will happen in Las Vegas March 23 through 26.
A Practice Built on People
Wright said that his practice, Wright Time Financial, is built on educating people about how many works and growing their assets to create a legacy. Early in his career, Wright was a passionate educator, going into churches and other spaces to help people understand finances. “We launched our practice, we’re excited about it, we’re going out into the community helping people grow, protect, and save their money.”
In 2024, Wright Seeks to Help People Think About Legacy
Asked what his main goals were in 2024, Wright offered, “We want to create a thousand financial road maps. We want to build financial plans, give people guidance. We want to encourage people to not only think about today, but to think about the next generation.” Accordingly, he hopes his clients can grow their assets and think about the future.

One of the main draws to the conference is its educational opportunities. “You always have to be in a continuous mode of learning. There are always things that are evolving and changing, and you have to stay abreast of everything that is going on.”
Networking opportunities are also a huge highlight. “People here are very genuine in terms of wanting to help you.”
Wright is currently part of the Exchange Advisor Council and will be instrumental in the construction of Exchange 2025.
