Board Independence ETFs can be evaluated across five metrics: Lack of Independent Board Majority, Board Independence (0-25%), Board Independence (25-50%), Board Independence (50-75%), and Board Independence (75-100%).
Lack of Independent Board Majority measures the percentage of a portfolio’s market value exposed to companies lacking an independent board majority. The other four Board Independence metrics measure the percentage of a portfolio’s market value exposed to companies with board independence within the designated ranges.
