On Thursday, Indexperts started 2025 on a high note by launching a suite of new funds.
All three of these Indexperts ETFs have net expense ratios of 0.50%. These funds each employ a different actively managed strategy.
Long-Term Growth
The first fund on the docket is the Indexperts Gorilla Aggressive Growth ETF (RILA). As the fund’s title suggests, RILA looks to generate robust capital appreciation over the long term.
To help build up those long-term returns, RILA constructs an equity portfolio built for maximizing growth. This portfolio may contain assets of any particular market cap.
When it comes to picking companies for the portfolio, RILA usually invests in a mix of stocks from the Indexperts All Cap Quality Growth 150 Index and the Indexperts Large Cap Quality Growth Index. However, the fund will fine-tune its sector and security allocations based on market conditions.
A Balanced Approach
RILA isn’t the only equity-focused ETF the company released today. The Indexperts Quality Earnings Focused ETF (QIDX) looks to generate total return for its investors.
Much like RILA, QIDX invests in equities all across the cap spectrum. However, this fund looks for companies with consistent track records for growth and stable earnings.
Indexperts built QIDX’s portfolio largely from domestic equities in the Indexperts Large Cap Core Growth Index, Inexperts Large Cap Core Value Index, Indexperts Mid Cap Consistent Value Index, and the Indexperts Small Cap Consistent Value Index. The fund uses a variety of factors to determine target allocations for its portfolio. This includes Fed policy, macro market conditions, and the performance of individual securities or sectors.
Active Fixed Income
Last but certainly not least is the Indexperts Yield Focused Income ETF (YFFI). This fund seeks current income through a selection of fixed income securities.
YFFI allocates the lion’s share of its net assets to fixed income securities that are investment grade. This includes corporate bonds, Treasury notes, asset backed securities, and more.
YFFI selects fixed income assets that the fund managers believe offer dynamic income and yield potential. These assets may be of any maturity or duration.
With 2025 now in full swing, investors may wish to choose these funds to tap into actively managed funds. Actively managed ETFs may be in a better position to react and profit off of changing market conditions throughout the year.
