Description: The index is designed to provide a benchmark for the biofuels sector and for investment in commodities as an asset class. The Index comprises futures contracts on physical commodities that are either biofuels themselves or feedstock commonly used in the production of biofuels. The Index is a total return index; thus it is designed to reflect the performance of a fully collateralized investment in the index components.
